Newlywed Apartment

Peter Dolchin and Jordan Hyatt are young newlyweds who worked with Rawlins Design to realize their new home in Greenwich Village. Our design chips away at a warren of enclosed spaces, extending light and views to the entire apartment. Horizontally-grained walnut works with the low-slung space to make the open kitchen distinct from the other spaces. The Den transforms into a Guest Room via a sliding wall. A former Foyer closet was integrated into a newly-spacious Master Bath.
